Ready in 3-4 hours
Serves 4 people
Preheat oven to 150°C. Season the short rib with salt, pepper, and beef spice mix and place into roasting dish. Cover with tinfoil and cook for 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
Remove the tinfoil and remove any excess fat and liquid. Baste with barbecue sauce and broil for 2 -3 minutes until caramelised.
Cook Excella Rice according to package.
Toss the short rib in the remaining barbecue sauce.
Serve with rice and garnish with spring onion and sliced rosa tomatoes.
