Place the peeled potatoes in a pot, add salt to taste, cover potatoes with water, bring to boil on the stove top (around 20 minutes).
Bring 3 eggs to boil and boil until hard (around 10 minutes) and roughly chop.
Finely chop onion, celery and apple.
Check potatoes by placing a fork through the potato. If there is no resistance, drain the potatoes and allow to cool.
Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and cut into pieces.
In a large bowl, combine the cooled potatoes, onion, celery, boiled eggs and apple slices.
Spoon the mayonnaise into the bowl and mix until all
the ingredients are properly coated.
Add salt and pepper to your taste and sprinkle with the crispy bacon bits to garnish.
